VMware by Broadcom White Label Offering, Restrictions, and Deadlines

In a strategic move to broaden service accessibility, Broadcom has introduced a pathway for Managed Service Providers and Cloud Service Providers who were previously excluded from the program. By collaborating with authorized participants of the esteemed Broadcom Expert Advantage Partner Program, these providers can now access top-tier services through white labeling. This innovative approach empowers providers to enhance their service portfolios and deliver exceptional solutions to their clients.

The utilization of white label products comes with specific guidelines that need to be followed diligently. These guidelines encompass a minimum requirement of 16 cores per socket per host, along with monthly end-user reporting and usage metering. Moreover, it is imperative for the VCSP Partner to hold registration within Broadcom’s selective invitation-only program. In addition, support for VCF is extended by the registered partner, with avenues for escalation directed towards Broadcom.

Considerations in Advantage Partner Program White Label Selection

Selecting the right Broadcom Advantage Partner Program white label provider requires careful consideration of various factors, including customer support reliability, longevity and expertise in VMware, marketing and training expertise, non-compete agreements, and proven reliability.

Customer Support Reliability & Support Cost:

One of the most critical factors to consider when choosing a Broadcom Advantage Partner Program white label partner is the reliability of their customer support. A partner with a responsive and knowledgeable support team can provide timely assistance in resolving issues and ensuring the smooth operation of VMware solutions. Look for partners who offer 24/7 support and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Longevity and Expertise in VMware:

Experience and expertise in VMware technologies are paramount when selecting a white label partner. Partnering with a company that has a deep understanding of VMware products and a long-standing relationship with Broadcom ensures that customers receive high-quality solutions and services tailored to their specific requirements. Look for partners with certified VMware professionals who possess extensive experience in deploying and managing VMware environments.

Marketing and Training Expertise:

Effective marketing and training support are essential for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of VMware solutions. Choose a white label partner that offers comprehensive marketing resources and training programs to help customers maximize the value of their VMware investments. Look for partners who provide access to marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and technical training to empower customers and drive business growth.

Non-Compete Agreement:

When selecting a Broadcom’s Advantage Partner Program white label partner, it’s essential to ensure that they have a clear non-compete agreement in place. This agreement should outline the partner’s commitment to exclusively reselling VMware solutions and refrain from competing directly with customers or offering similar products from competing vendors. A robust non-compete agreement provides customers with peace of mind and protects their investment in VMware technologies.

Proven Reliability:

Finally, customers should prioritize partners with a proven track record of reliability and trustworthiness. Look for partners who have established themselves as leaders in the industry and have earned a reputation for delivering superior solutions and services. Customer testimonials, case studies, and industry recognition are all indicators of a partner’s reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction.
