Girl Scouts of Oregon and SW Washington to reward Opus Interactive Cookies for their service to the organization
HILLSBORO, OR – September 3, 2015 – Opus Interactive received an unusually large delivery of Girl Scout cookies this Wednesday for their service with the Organization. The Girl Scouts have been working with the Portland, Oregon based company for more than 3 years for website hosting services. Uniformed Girl Scouts hand delivered a total of 4,704 cookies to the company’s Hillsboro Data Center.
Opus began working with the girl scouts of Oregon and SW Washington in 2012. “Working with the girl scouts is particularly important to us. Organizations like the Girl Scouts provide leadership skills and experiences that inspire girls to care about what’s going on in their communities and beyond and how they can make positive changes in the world around them.” said Eric Hulbert CEO of Opus Interactive.
Social responsibility is an important role for the Portland-based cloud and colocation provider who strives to make a positive impact on the community around it through activities like green power purchases and efficient operations to volunteering.
