Storing email on the server with Outlook Express
There are two sides to leaving email on the server. The first is that it will cause your mailbox to get larger over time, and it could possibly corrupt your mail file or cause you to have to redownload all email in the case that Outlook Express loses its record of downloaded mail. The other is that you can access your email from multiple locations.
If you choose to leave email on the server, you should set it to only leave the messages for a certain number of days.

Click on Tools then Accounts.
Double click on the mail.opusnet.com account.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Remove the check from Leave messages on server, or set a number of days to leave them on the server if you check email on several computers that should each download the message. Its also a good idea to click Remove from server when deleted from Deleted Items if you do leave them on the server.
Click Apply and then OK.
