Microsoft Outlook Express Blocks Attached Files
If you are getting an error at the top of email messages that stata that OE has blocked a file, it is due to a security setting within Outlook Express.

Open Outlook Express and click on Tools and then click on Options.
In the Options window, click on the Security tab.
Remove the check from the line that starts with "Do not allow attachments..."
Click the Apply button and then click the OK button.
