If you are getting errors indicating that Outlook Express is unable to locate the server, or that there is no gateway, then there is a missing or incorrect setting. Click on Tools and then Accounts. In the Accounts window, there will be an entry mail.opusnet.com, double click it. |

Click on the Server tab. Verify that the incoming mail server (POP3) is mail.opusnet.com, or mail.yourdomain if you have a hosted domain. Verify that the outgoing mail server (SMTP) is smtp.opusnet.com, or mail.yourdomain if you have a hosted domain. Also make sure there is a check for My server requires authentication. Click Apply and then OK. You can test your email settings by sending an email to testemail@opusnet.com. |
