Update Email: Step 1 of 3
Enter the email address that you would like to have on record for your account.
Your email address will be your username to get into the Secure Account Center.
For security purposes, we also require your account number and a recent statement number.
To locate your account number and statement number, look in the upper-right corner of your printed bill.
We will send an email to the address entered with a special link to confirm and finalize the change.
Until you confirm the change by clicking the link, your email address will not be updated.
If you still have trouble getting into your Secure Account Center, please either email us with your
Account Number (found on your statement) or call Customer Care at 503-972-6690 or 888-678-7001 so we can
update our records and give you access to view your account information and make online payments.
